I accept United, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare for individuals residing in TN and GA. My administrative expert, Judy can clarify coverage.

First meeting / initial assessment: 65 minutes

Subsequent meetings: 55 minutes

no Insurance Option (Self-Pay)

Please reach out to me for the fee structure. I accept cash or checks made out to Illuminate Psychotherapy PLLC.

If needed, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please note that a superbill requires a diagnosis that will become a part of your medical record.

48 hours in advance. If you are unable to notify me within 48 hours, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged. I will be happy to make exceptions for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.
