I love learning! I completed a master’s degree in psychology in India and came to the United Stated for an experiential educational process. I subsequently completed another master’s degree in Human Development and Family Science at Ohio State University followed by yet another master’s and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Doctor of Psychology; PsyD) at Spalding University in Kentucky. As a part of my doctoral program, I completed my year-long internship at an inpatient unit with Yale University. Subsequently, I completed my post-doctoral training at a college counseling center with Emory University. I am a Licensed Psychologist in the states of Tennessee (Tn # 3417), Georgia (Ga # 4559) and Washington (#PY61224147)

Over the last ten years, my clinical experiences have been in inpatient, forensic, outpatient community mental health and college counseling settings. I have a deep interest in working with individuals with complex and distressing symptoms especially related to psychosis or mood. I also enjoy working with individuals who are looking to learn more about themselves and want to be more present in their life.  I find the process of individual psychotherapy immensely rewarding.
