About Me

Delightful hello! My name is Pooja Khariwal and I am a Licensed Psychologist in Tennessee, Georgia and Washington. I was born and raised in a multi-generational family in India, and here is where I began my endless curiosity about the complexity, chaos, and harmony of life. Fourteen years ago, I decided to come to the United States to gain a deeper understanding of what gets us stuck or keeps us stuck. Since then, I have relentlessly pursued excellence in mental health care. In this endeavor, I have lived in various states including Ohio, Kentucky, Connecticut, Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia where I met wonderfully resilient people.

My spouse has been on this journey with me and has pursued his own excellence as a kidney doctor. We love to make time for travelling, hiking, working out, cooking, watching movies and TV shows (especially Indian), playing board games with our wonderful friends, spending time with our adorable, cockapoo, Siggy, and sometimes taking a moment to do nothing.
